How do I track my order?

Please contact our customer service at customerservicewest@mobital.com/customerserviceeast@mobital.com and we will be happy to provide an update on the shipment status

How long does it take to process and ship an order?

Once your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation from your our Customer Service with shipping and delivery details for approval. Once we get the approval, we will release your order for shipping.

Do you ship to a residential address?

Yes, additonal fees may apply. Please contact us for more info

Mobital is a wholesale company. Our products are distributed exclusively through our authorized dealers, contact us for a retail store near you.

Where can I find care instructions?

Can you provide specs and assembly instructions?

These should arrive with your goods. You can also find the assembly instructions on each items product page. We recommend that the assembly of most articles is done by a professional.

I purchased a Mobital product from a retailer, and have an issue. What should I do?

Can I receive a price list?

Price lists are shared exclusively with our authorized dealers. If you are an authorized dealer, please contact us at customerservice@mobital.com to request a price list or log in to your account to get pricing on your items.

Where are Mobital's permanent showrooms?

Mobital currently operates four permanent showrooms.

Our showroom and head office in Montreal, Canada is open to the trade and dealers all year-round, Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm EST, by appointment only. Please contact our Customer Service at customerserviceeast@mobital.com to schedule an appointment.
